Position Description
- Drive complex brand strategies across the Alzheimer’s disease (AD) portfolio, creating urgency for patient care across healthcare settings and specialties (e.g., neurologist, primary care, healthcare systems).
- Work compliantly across internal functions, including Medical, Payer, and Field Reimbursement teams.
- Influence systems of care and identify referral networks.
Key Deliverables
- Significant account management and sales experience.
- Successfully promote the full portfolio across multiple specialties and healthcare systems.
- Use a data-driven approach and other technologies to accelerate reach and scale, meet customer needs, and drive business results through execution excellence.
- Support positive infusion and infusion monitoring experiences by ensuring stakeholders are trained and equipped to infuse safely and effectively.
- Build a healthy AD care ecosystem by identifying and influencing formal and informal referral networks across stakeholders and health systems.
- Drive consistent ways of working within the regional healthcare market.

Basic Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification or license required if required by a specific state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not provide sponsorship/visa support (e.g., F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, L-1).
Additional Preferences (Preferred)
- 3+ years in a field-facing role or 3+ years relevant experience (e.g., institutional healthcare account management).
- Live inside the geography or within 30 miles (preference for residing within the geography; no relocation).
- Proficiency in local dialects.
- Proven top performance in account-based selling.
- Experience in Alzheimer’s disease, diagnostics, neuroscience/neurology; clinical background in AD or diagnostics.
- Ability to comprehend and explain complex clinical studies.
- Buy and Bill experience.
- Experience in fast-paced environments; ability to synthesize complexity and execute effective action plans.
- Strong business analytics and strategic thinking; ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to work well across functions; resilience and ability to self-resolve problems.
- MBA/advanced degree (e.g., Pharmacy, RN, MPH) or certification (e.g., PET/CT technologist).
- Preference for full participation in established training dates and the April National Meeting.
