Pharmaceutical Sales – Territory Manager (Dermatology Specialty) – Richmond, VA

Responsibilities:
- Account-based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe/influence treatment for Lilly’s dermatology disease states (including dedicated dermatology practices and key hospital accounts).
- Build relationships to drive adoption of new and existing therapies.
- Identify and develop business relationships with state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations; serve as a credible expert/resource.
- Develop understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape using business insights tools.
- Systematically navigate healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate dialogue agility by actively listening and adapting throughout customer interactions.
- Use clinical knowledge and learning agility to understand disease states, the product portfolio, and therapeutic marketplace; engage all office/account members.
- Promote the full product portfolio through patient-centered dialogue and appropriate patient identification using the selling model.
- Use business analytics resources to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals in compliance with internal policies/procedures and PhRMA code.
- Collaborate effectively with field and internal peers to create a coordinated customer experience.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification or license if required by state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the US full-time (Lilly does not sponsor visas).

Additional Skills/Preferences:
- 2+ years sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after undergraduate degree.
- Relevant work experience and/or graduate degree (Masters, MBA, PharmD).
- Account-based selling experience; identify/engage account staff.
- Experience in complex integrated health systems and specialty pharmacy distribution model.
- Experience selling injectable/infusion molecules in complex reimbursement environments.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience; strong learning agility; self-motivated, team-focused, emotionally intelligent, influential.
- Live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.

Compensation (as stated): $87,000–$159,500 (plus bonus eligibility).
