Key Responsibilities:
- Act in line with internal policies/procedures and PhRMA code; meet right-to-operate expectations.
- Sell in a changing health care environment using critical thinking/strategic mindset to understand payers, health systems, and business; gain customer access to impact patients.
- Use an entrepreneurial mindset to analyze, develop, and grow territory business.
- Use business insights tools to decide where to invest time/resources.
- Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Prioritize using SWOT; consider all resources when creating quarterly territory/customer action plans.
- Build deep understanding of disease state, products, marketplace, and key competitors.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue with office members at the right level.
- Partner with healthcare professionals as a product expert to tailor patient therapy solutions.
- Work the assigned territory and partner with team/alliance partners; set partnership expectations.
- Achieve sales growth and strong sales results.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Required state professional certification/license (if applicable).
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa/work authorization sponsorship.

Additional Preferences:
- 2+ years sales experience after undergrad.
- 1โ€“3+ years work experience after undergrad, or graduate degree (MS/MBA/PharmD).
- Experience in dermatology/rheumatology/immunology and/or biologics/in-office infusions.
- Experience navigating complex integrated health system accounts.
- Specialty pharmacy distribution model experience/knowledge.
- Bilingual skills; live within territory or within 30 miles.
- Demonstrated business insight; excellent communication/organization; team collaboration.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Anticipated wage: $87,000โ€“$159,500; may be eligible for company bonus.
