Territory Position - HARTFORD CT DERM1 BIAD 200367

Key Responsibilities
- Act in a manner consistent with all internal policies and procedures and PhRMA code, and meet right-to-operate expectations
- Sell in a changing health care environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to understand the environment (payer, health systems, business) and gain access to customers to impact patients’ lives
- Use an entrepreneurial mindset to analyze, develop, and grow territory business
- Use business insights tools to decide where to invest time and resources
- Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities
- Prioritize opportunities/tactics using Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT)
- Develop quarterly territory/customer action plans using all available resources
- Develop deep understanding of disease state, products, marketplace, and key competitors
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to engage with office members at the right level
- Partner with health care professionals as a product expert to tailor patient therapy solutions
- Work your territory and partner with team/alliance partners; set expectations for partnership
- Achieve sales growth in territory and deliver strong sales results

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Required professional certification/license if state requires
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa/work authorization sponsorship

Additional Preferences
- 2+ years sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical)
- 1–3+ years work experience, or graduate degree (Masters, MBA, PharmD)
- Experience in dermatology/rheumatology/immunology and/or biologics/in-office infusions
- Ability to navigate complex integrated health system accounts
- Specialty pharmacy distribution model experience/understanding
- Bilingual skills aligned to territory needs
- Live within territory or within 30 miles
- Demonstrated business insight; excellent communication/organizational skills; team collaboration ability

Compensation/Benefits (if eligible)
- Anticipated wage: $87,000 - $159,500; full-time employees eligible for company bonus and comprehensive benefits (401(k), pension, vacation, medical/dental/vision/prescription, flexible benefits, life insurance, time off/leave, well-being benefits).
