Lilly Dermatology Specialty Territory Managers will be responsible for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states represented in the Lilly dermatology portfolio. Build relationships with key customers in dermatology to increase adoption of new and existing therapies. Identify and develop business relationships with state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations.

Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Develop a strong understanding of the territory and reimbursement landscape; use business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs.
- Account Management: Navigate the healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders; become a trusted partner.
- Dialogue Agility: Actively listen and adapt to verbal and non-verbal customer prompts.
- Medical Integrity: Demonstrate high learning agility to understand clinical information/disease state, product portfolio, and therapeutic marketplace; use this knowledge to engage every member of an office/account.
- Selling Skills: Promote the full product portfolio via patient-centered dialogue; use the selling model to identify appropriate patients.
- Sales Activity: Use business analytic resources to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals while following internal policies/procedures and the PhRMA code.
- Partner Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with field-facing and internal peers to create a coordinated, positive customer experience.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Required professional certification or license (as required by specific state).
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time (Lilly does not sponsor work authorization/visas).

Additional Skills/Preferences
- 2+ years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after undergraduate degree.
- Additional work experience and/or graduate degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, PharmD).
- Demonstrated business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/results.
- Account-based selling experience; ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts.
- Experience navigating complex integrated health systems.
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy distribution model.
- Experience selling injectable/infusion products in complex reimbursement environments.
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional partners.
- Strong learning agility; self-motivated, team focused, emotionally intelligent, influential.
- Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
