Oncology Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- Disseminate clinical information about Lilly Oncology’s products and services for patients with cancer to healthcare professionals (e.g., medical oncologists, oncology nurses, office managers, reimbursement managers, pharmacists).
- Develop a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape; use business insights to analyze and adapt to business needs.
- Systematically navigate the healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders as a trusted partner.
- Listen and adapt to verbal and non-verbal customer prompts.
- Demonstrate learning agility to understand clinical information/disease state, the product portfolio, and the therapeutic marketplace; use this knowledge to engage every member of an office/account.
- Promote the entire product portfolio via patient-centered dialogue and use the selling model to identify appropriate patients.
- Use business analytics to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals while complying with internal policies/procedures and PhRMA code.
- Collaborate with field-facing and internal peers to create a coordinated customer experience.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification or license required if required by the specific state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time (no visa sponsorship).

Additional Skills/Preferences
- 3+ years sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after undergrad.
- Account-based selling experience; ability to identify/engage staff in accounts.
- Experience in complex integrated health systems; specialty pharmacy distribution model knowledge.
- Experience selling injectable/infusion molecules in complex reimbursement environments.
- Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.

Benefits/Compensation (if applicable in posting)
- Anticipated wage: $102,000–$204,600; may be eligible for a company bonus.
