Position Description
The AD ecosystem needs to flow smoothly for patients, information, and product to drive urgency in detecting, diagnosing, and treating Alzheimer’s disease. The Territory Manager will drive complex brand strategies across the portfolio, creating urgency for patient care in multiple healthcare settings and specialties (Neurologist, Primary Care, and healthcare systems). Work compliantly across internal functions including Medical, Payer, and Field Reimbursement teams; influence systems of care and identify referral networks.

Key Deliverables
- Significant account management and sales experience
- Promote the full portfolio across multiple specialties and healthcare systems
- Use a data-driven approach and technologies to accelerate reach/scale and drive results
- Support positive infusion and infusion monitoring experiences by ensuring stakeholder training for safe, effective infusion
- Build a healthy Alzheimer’s disease care ecosystem by identifying and influencing formal and informal referral networks
- Drive consistent ways of working in the regional healthcare market

- Use account management to understand patient/product/monetary flows for advanced diagnostic testing or infusion
- Determine HCP/patient/care-setting needs and pain points; deliver business results through execution excellence

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- State-required professional certification/license (if applicable)
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship

Additional Preferences (if available)
- 3+ years field-facing or institutional healthcare account management
- Live inside or within 30 miles of territory
- Local dialect proficiency; top performance in account-based selling
- Experience in Alzheimer’s disease, Diagnostics, Neuroscience/Neurology; clinical or diagnostics background; ability to explain complex clinical studies; Buy and Bill experience; analytics/strategic thinking; resilience; advanced degree/certification; availability for training dates and April National Meeting

Compensation & Benefits
- Anticipated wage: $102,000–$183,700; possible company bonus; eligible benefits include 401(k), pension, vacation, medical/dental/vision, flexible benefits, life insurance, time off/leave, and well-being benefits.
