Lilly Dermatology Specialty Territory Manager (Account-Based Selling)
Responsibilities:
- Account-based selling to HCPs who prescribe/influence treatments in Lillyโs dermatology portfolio (dedicated dermatology practices and key hospital accounts).
- Build relationships with dermatology customers to drive adoption of new/existing therapies.
- Identify/develop business relationships with state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations.
- Develop territory knowledge, including reimbursement landscape, and use business insights to adapt to business needs.
- Navigate healthcare environment; impact key stakeholders to become a trusted partner.
- Use dialogue agility (active listening; adapt to verbal/non-verbal prompts).
- Apply medical integrity: learn clinical information/disease state, product portfolio, and therapeutic marketplace; engage all office/account members.
- Promote entire product portfolio using a patient-centered dialogue and Lilly selling model.
- Execute sales activities using analytic resources; comply with internal policies/procedures and PhRMA code.
- Collaborate with field/internal peers for coordinated, positive customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Required state professional certification/license.
- Valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the US full-time; no visa sponsorship.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- 2+ years sales experience after undergraduate degree; or relevant graduate degree.
- Account-based selling; ability to identify/engage staff.
- Experience navigating complex integrated health systems; specialty pharmacy distribution model.
- Experience selling injectable/infusion in complex reimbursement.
- Cross-functional collaboration; strong learning agility; self-motivated, team-focused, emotionally intelligent/influential.
- Live within 30 miles of territory boundary.
Compensation/Benefits (highlights):
- Anticipated wage: $87,000โ$159,500; eligible for company bonus (if applicable).
