Territory Management
- Develop understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape; use business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs.
- Systematically navigate the healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders to become a trusted partner.
Customer Experience / Selling Skills
- Actively listen and adapt to verbal and non-verbal customer prompts.
- Demonstrate high learning agility to understand clinical information/disease state, product portfolio, and therapeutic marketplace; use this to engage all members of an office/account.
- Promote the full product portfolio through patient-centered dialogue; use the selling model to identify appropriate patients.
Execution / Results
- Use business analytic resources to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals while complying with internal policies/procedures and the PhRMA code.
- Collaborate effectively with field and internal peers to create a coordinated positive customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Required professional certification/license if required by specific state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship/support.
Additional Skills/Preferences
- 2+ years sales experience after undergraduate degree; or other experience or graduate degree.
- Account-based selling; ability to identify/engage account staff.
- Navigating complex integrated health systems; specialty pharmacy distribution model.
- Experience selling injectable/infusion in complex reimbursement environments; working with cross-functional partners.
- Strong learning agility; self-motivated, team-focused, emotionally intelligent, influential.
- Live within 30 miles of territory boundary.
Compensation/Benefits (anticipated/eligible)
- $87,000–$159,500; eligible for company bonus (based on performance).
