Lilly Dermatology Specialty Territory Managers will be responsible for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states in the Lilly dermatology portfolio. Build relationships with key dermatology customers to drive adoption of new and existing therapies. Identify and develop business relationships with state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations; serve as a credible expert and resource.

Business Ownership
- Territory Management: Understand territory and reimbursement landscape; use business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs.
- Account Management: Navigate the healthcare environment; understand accounts and impact key stakeholders to become a trusted partner.

Selling Skills / Customer Experience
- Dialogue Agility: Listen and adapt to verbal and non-verbal customer prompts.
- Medical Integrity: Demonstrate learning agility to understand clinical information/disease state, product portfolio, and therapeutic marketplace; use to engage all members of an office/account.
- Selling Skills: Promote entire product portfolio via patient-centered dialogue; use the selling model to identify appropriate patients.

Execution / Results
- Sales Activity: Use business analytic resources to meet customer needs and sales goals; comply with internal policies/procedures and PhRMA code.
- Partner Collaboration: Coordinate with field and internal peers to create a positive customer experience.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Required state professional certification/license (if applicable).
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).

Additional Skills/Preferences
- 2+ years sales experience after undergraduate degree.
- Account-based selling; identify/engage staff in accounts.
- Experience navigating complex integrated health systems; specialty pharmacy distribution model.
- Experience selling injectable/infusion molecules in complex reimbursement.
- Cross-functional collaboration; strong learning agility; self-motivated, team-focused, emotionally intelligent/influential.
- Live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Anticipated wage: $87,000–$159,500.
- Company bonus for full-time equivalent employees (based on company/individual performance).
