Territory Business Representative/Manager (TBR/TBM) β Diabetes/Endocrinology
Responsibilities
- Meet commercial objectives in assigned territory; develop and execute quarterly/annual plans to exceed growth targets.
- Use a consultative, specialty sales approach focused on behavior change: lead compliant, action-oriented conversations.
- Educate healthcare providers on guideline recommendations with clinical evidence; emphasize preventive, risk-mitigating strategies.
- Improve patient outcomes by enhancing workflows that identify at-risk patients, support continuity of care, and ensure prescribed therapy access; uncover/solve objections.
- Build account relationships beyond practitioners with physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, diabetes educators, office staff, healthcare systems, and other stakeholders.
- Partner with office staff to improve patient access and prescription conversion; address reimbursement/access/treatment barriers.
- Coordinate multi-touchpoint engagement for long-term growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Market Access, Commercial Ops; share best practices with RBD/peers; provide market intelligence.
- Maintain professionalism and ethics; comply with policies, regulations, and healthcare laws; demonstrate accountability and continuous development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorβs degree.
- Sales experience: TBR minimum 2 years; TBM minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device/healthcare/clinical or B2B sales where sales result from workflow implementation; demonstrated history of exceeding objectives with behavior-change examples.
Skills
- Consultative selling/account management; influence and urgency; planning/territory management/analytical skills; navigate complex healthcare systems; identify barriers and develop creative solutions.
Working Conditions
- Periodic evening/weekend work; vehicle and airline travel; valid U.S. driverβs license; travel and work in assigned territory ~5 days/week.
Compensation (as stated)
- Anticipated base salary: $85,000β$140,000; may include commission and equity; also eligible for paid time off and health/retirement benefits.

- San Antonio, Brownville, McAllen.
