Territory Manager (Orlando Central FL CMH1 170304)
Responsibilities
- Account-based selling to HCPs and key hospital accounts for disease states in the Lilly portfolio; act as a credible expert/resource.
- Drive results using Lilly Selling, Competency, and Account Management models; establish consistent ways of working in the Regional Health Care Market.
- Promote priority products across multiple HCP specialties; tailor territory strategy to grow/own business outcomes.
- Use business insights, data, and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement/adopt new technologies, including AI company-approved tools.
- Build relationships with key customers to drive utilization and adoption for the right patients.
- Achieve targeted sales/execution metrics while following policies and procedures; own customer relationship for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and market access.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification/license if required by the state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the US full-time; Lilly does not sponsor visas.
Additional Skills/Preferences
- Account-based selling experience; ability to identify/engage staff within accounts.
- Strong learning agility, self-motivation, team focus, emotional intelligence.
- Bilingual skills aligned to territory/customer needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
