Territory Manager (Account-Based Selling) β Responsibilities:
- Account-based selling to HCPs who prescribe/influence treatment for Lilly portfolio disease states; includes multiple HCP specialties and key hospital accounts.
- Promote the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties.
- Own and tailor territory strategy to grow and deliver business outcomes.
- Use business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Navigate the healthcare environment and payer landscape to impact key stakeholders as trusted partners.
- Implement/adopt new technologies, including integration of AI company-approved tools.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Use Lilly Selling Model, Competency Model, and Account Management Model; drive consistent ways of working.
- Engage in patient-centered dialogues; demonstrate high learning agility (disease state, marketplace, clinical trials, product label).
- Achieve targeted sales/execution metrics while following company policies.
- Own customer relationship for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and general market access.
- Use Virtual Medical Hub; hold self-accountability and maintain internal/external partner relationships.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Professional certification/license if required by specific state.
- Valid US driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the US full-time; Lilly does not sponsor visas.
Preferred/Additional Skills:
- Account-based selling experience; ability to identify/engage staff in accounts.
- Business ownership, selling/customer experience, execution/results skills.
- Strong learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, emotionally intelligent.
- Bilingual skills aligned with territory/customer needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of territory boundary.
