Position: Territory Manager – Fredericksburg VA

Responsibilities:
- Account-based selling to HCPs who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states in the Lilly portfolio, including multiple HCP specialties and key hospital accounts.
- Serve as a credible expert/resource supporting all medicines and appropriate brand patients.
- Drive results using Lilly Selling, Competency, and Account Management models; apply consistent ways of working in the Regional Healthcare Market.
- Promote priority products across the full portfolio with multiple HCP specialties.
- Understand and tailor territory strategy; navigate payer/healthcare landscape to influence key stakeholders.
- Use business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement and adopt new technologies, including AI company-approved tools, to streamline customer interactions.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Embrace patient-centered dialogues; demonstrate learning agility for disease state, marketplace, clinical trials, and product label.
- Drive utilization and adoption; fully utilize the Virtual Medical Hub.
- Achieve targeted sales/execution metrics while adhering to company policies.
- Own customer relationship for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and general market access.
- Be self-accountable across all accounts; build internal/external partner relationships.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Required professional certification or license (if required by state).
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Legally authorized to be employed in the United States.

Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Demonstrated business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/results.
- Account-based selling experience; ability to identify/engage staff in accounts.
- Strong learning agility; self-motivated, team-focused, emotionally intelligent.
- Bilingual skills aligned with territory/customer needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
