Territory Manager โ€“ BRISTOL, CT (CMH1_170026)

Responsibilities
- Account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states in the Lilly portfolio.
- Serve as a credible expert/resource supporting all medicines and appropriate brand patients.
- Drive results using Lilly Selling Model, Lilly Competency Model, and Account Management Model; work consistently within the Regional Healthcare Market.
- Promote the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties.
- Understand the territory marketplace and tailor territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes.
- Navigate the healthcare and payer environment to increase understanding of accounts and influence key stakeholders.
- Use business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement/adopt new technologies, including integration of AI company-approved tools to streamline customer interactions.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Engage in patient-centered dialogues; promote the BU portfolio.
- Achieve targeted sales and execution metrics while adhering to company policies.
- Own the customer relationship for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and general market access.
- Be accountable for results across accounts (individual HCPs to large health systems).
- Appropriately utilize the Virtual Medical Hub.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Professional certification or license required if required by a specific state.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorization to work in the United States full-time (Lilly will not provide sponsorship for work authorization/visas).

Additional Skills / Preferences
- Demonstrated business ownership; selling/customer experience; execution/results.
- Account-based selling experience; ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts.
- Strong learning agility; self-motivated; team focused; emotionally intelligent.
- Bilingual skills aligned with territory and customer needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.

Compensation and Benefits
- Anticipated wage: $63,000 - $202,400.
- Eligible for a company bonus (depending on company/individual performance).
