People Partner (HR)

Role: People Partner supporting Biomedical Research at Novartis, focusing on HR strategy, employee lifecycle management, and organizational transformation. Responsibilities: implement P&O initiatives, leverage data analytics for risk and trend analysis, enhance employee experience, ensure compliance with local regulations, manage in-country transformation processes, and coach leaders on P&O topics. Requirements: minimum 5+ years in P&O, with extensive US experience; proficiency in Workday or similar HR systems; strong AI fluency and practical application skills; proven employee relations expertise; ability to influence and operate in fast-paced environments. Preferred: experience in pharma or life sciences, particularly R&D, and understanding of global/local stakeholder alignment. High-Value: HR generalist with a focus on talent lifecycle, employee relations, data-driven decision-making, and organizational change in a biopharma research context. Work setup: hybrid (3 days/week in Cambridge); no visa sponsorship or relocation support; US-based.
