Role Summary

People Partner to support the Cell Therapies manufacturing facility in Morris Plains, NJ. Hybrid onsite 3-4 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • First point of escalation for all leaders and managers on day-to-day P&O topics, providing expert advice and support. Coach and guide managers on role evaluations and, if applicable, Team Effectiveness including Psychological Safety.
  • Implement P&O initiatives, ensuring high-quality processes, design onboarding initiatives, and champion culture and corporate initiatives.
  • Drive use of data and analytics to identify risk and trends to inform decisions and actions.
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve the employee journey and implement enhancements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local equity/EEO regulations.
  • Manage in-country transformations, consult with legal, oversee notices and restructuring lifecycle.
  • Execute local large-scale organizational changes in line with regulations/policies.
  • Ensure employee relations practices align with local regulations and company integrity standards; coach and mentor associates and managers.
  • Manage internal movement offers and mobility.
  • Contribute ideas to the P&O network and build cross-divisional relationships to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support and coach leaders, managers and associates on P&O topics and promote self-sufficiency in people processes.

Qualifications

  • BA Degree in a relevant HR or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as an HR generalist supporting hourly workforce; broad P&O experience. Pharmaceutical HR experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; proactive, responsive, able to work independently with all levels; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; solid stakeholder management.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills; facilitation, influencing, cross-boundary collaboration; strong project management and people analytics capabilities; experience with data-driven decision making; employee relations, risk management and change management expertise.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
