People Operations & Compensation Lead

Role: Senior leader overseeing People Operations at a biotech-focused research institute, driving AI-integrated HR processes and compensation programs. Responsibilities: manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and employee changes; serve as escalation point for operational issues; partner with PEO to ensure compliance and deliver benefits; lead benefits strategy to maintain competitiveness; develop and implement AI-driven workflows for compensation benchmarking, offer management, and process automation. Requirements: 8+ years in People Operations or related; experience with benefits and compensation programs; proven success in implementing AI and automation; strong operational and cross-functional collaboration skills; effective management abilities; proficient with workplace tech tools; hybrid onsite role (3 days/week).
