People Generalist

Role: People Generalist responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across employment law, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, immigration, leave management, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include managing HR processes, maintaining HR systems and policies, supporting employee development, and fostering engagement activities. Requirements: BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field; 5+ years HR experience in a growing organization, preferably within the Life Sciences industry; expertise in HR policies, compliance, benefits, immigration, and federal/state regulations; proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills. WorkSetup: Hybrid role based out of Emeryville HQ supporting employees in NC and AZ; up to 5% domestic travel; full-time hours within 8am-5pm PT.
