People Analytics Senior Manager

Role: Senior Manager of People Analytics at Vertex, focusing on leveraging advanced analytics, experimentation, and storytelling to inform HR strategies and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include leading analytics projects supporting talent acquisition, retention, performance, and engagement; developing dashboards and reports (including in Workday); applying statistical methods such as A/B testing and regression analysis; translating complex data into compelling narratives; ensuring ethical data use; integrating data from multiple HR systems; and advising HR leaders on insights and opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or related; at least 7 years of experience in people analytics or HR reporting; proven project impact; expertise in HR data, analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, Power BI); strong communication skills; and experience influencing stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
