Payer Relations Director

Role: Payer Relations Director (PRD), remote position overseeing coverage, coding, and reimbursement strategies across commercial insurance, Medicaid, and MACs. Objectives include establishing favorable payer coverage, ensuring fair payment, and removing reimbursement barriers. Responsibilities: coordinate reimbursement support for KOL healthcare providers, engage with payers and government agencies, and collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Reimbursement Liaisons) to align payer and provider strategies. Requirements: organized, detail-oriented with strong teamwork skills and high emotional intelligence; experience managing multiple initiatives and cross-functional relationships.
