Patient Services Strategy Franchise Director

Role: Senior leader overseeing patient support strategies for AbbVie's BOTOX Therapeutic franchise, ensuring patients and HCPs have access to and stay on therapy across all indications. Responsibilities: develop and execute end-to-end patient support programs, lead cross-functional teams, optimize access and adherence, align programs with brand strategy, and oversee financial planning and resource allocation. Act as primary liaison between Patient Services and brand teams, continuously improve care models, monitor program performance with KPIs, and drive strategic decision-making in a complex matrix environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH) preferred. Over 12 years of healthcare and pharmaceutical experience with demonstrated strategic, operational, and leadership expertise.
