Role: Patient Educator supporting individuals with Parkinson’s Disease Psychosis (PDP) by delivering disease state education and facilitating access to treatment and support services. Responsibilities include providing pre-prescription educational outreach via community meetings and advocacy groups, supporting patients and caregivers with product information, safety, and treatment options, and collaborating with Patient Access Managers to address coverage and affordability. The role also involves partnering with neurology sales teams and community organizations, responding to inquiries, and offering feedback to improve engagement strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, psychology, or related healthcare field; 3-5 years pharma experience, with preference for background in patient education, advocacy, or support services, especially related to neurology, psychiatry, Parkinson’s Disease, or PDP. High-Value: Focus on neurological/psychiatric disorders; support for patients in early engagement stages; emphasis on patient access, education, and community outreach; travel up to 75%. Work setup: Territory-based with travel requirement; preferably resides near specified US cities or within 30 miles of the territory border.
