Patient Access Manager - Orlando, Florida

Role: Patient Access Manager (PAM) supporting healthcare providers in navigating access and reimbursement for Acadia's neurological and rare disease treatments. Objectives: facilitate timely patient access through expert education, issue resolution, and relationship management. Responsibilities: proactively educate HCPs on coverage pathways, prior authorization, appeals, and patient support; address and escalate payer issues; build strong relationships with provider offices, pharmacies, and internal teams; support development of access strategies and initiatives; ensure compliance with legal/regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences (advanced degrees preferred), 4+ years in pharma sales, market access, or specialty pharmacy with expertise in Medicare and reimbursement strategies; strong cross-functional collaboration skills; patient-centric approach; excellent communication skills; ability to travel up to 60%.
