Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned physicians to build awareness and drive adoption of JOURNAVX.
- Maintain expertise on clinical attributes and patient unmet need; educate HCPs on appropriate patient use.
- Understand assigned physicians, territory/market dynamics, stakeholder mapping, decision-maker relationships, patient protocols, referral networks, access, and drivers/barriers.
- Implement and maintain strategic territory business plans to identify opportunities and deliver patient-focused solutions; support PTAM-led hospital engagement.
- Drive sales performance; ensure forecasts and assigned budgets meet/exceed territory expectations.
- Collaborate compliantly with PTAMs and other field/HQ teams to create aligned business plans and initiatives.
- Role model ethics and integrity to support a culture of compliance.
Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
- 5+ years biotech sales; product launch experience highly desired.
- Acute pain product launch and engaging diverse physicians highly desired.
- Experience engaging retail pharmacies for stocking and managed care pull-through.
- Experience pulling through inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets.
- Ability to understand patient treatment nuances in geography.
- Strong IT skills, including Veeva CRM.
- Experience in a highly matrixed environment.
- Bachelorβs degree.
Other Requirements:
- Complete required trainings/background screens/drug testing/vaccinations.
- Live and work within the territory; may need to live near a major airport.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Up to 80% travel; work after hours as needed; 10β30% overnight travel.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Pay range: $140,000β$160,000 (also described elsewhere as $120,000β$180,000).
- Incentive/annual bonus and annual equity awards; medical/dental/vision, paid time off, education assistance (incl. student loan repayment), commuting subsidy, matching charitable donations, 401(k).
