Territory: Central and Eastern Washington and Idaho (some overnight travel). Preferred residence: Spokane, Boise, or Tri-Cities.
Role: Pain Territory Business Manager (TBM) responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) to promote the safe and effective use of JOURNAVX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with assigned physicians to drive awareness and adoption of JOURNAVX.
- Maintain product/clinical expertise and educate HCPs on appropriate patient use.
- Understand physicians, territory/market dynamics, stakeholder mapping, decision-maker relationships, patient protocols, referral networks, access, and barriers/drivers.
- Implement and maintain strategic territory business plans supporting growth and the PTAM account engagement strategy.
- Drive sales performance; ensure forecasts and budgets meet/exceed territory expectations.
- Collaborate compliantly with other field teams and HQ to align business plans and initiatives.
- Role model ethics and integrity to support a culture of compliance.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- 5+ years biotech sales; product launch experience highly desired.
- Acute pain product launch experience and experience engaging diverse physicians highly desired.
- Experience engaging retail pharmacies for stocking and managed care pull-through.
- Experience with inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets.
- Ability to understand patient treatment nuances in the geography.
- Strong IT capabilities including Veeva CRM; matrixed environment experience.
- Bachelorβs degree.
Other Requirements:
- Complete required trainings/background screens/drug testing/vaccinations.
- Live/work within territory (may need to be near a major airport).
- Valid driverβs license (in good standing); travel up to 80% and work after hours; 10β30% overnight.
Pay/Benefits:
- Pay range: $140,000β$160,000 (also listed: $120,000β$180,000).
