Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with assigned physicians to build awareness and drive adoption of JOURNAVX.
- Develop and maintain expertise in product clinical attributes and patient unmet need; educate HCPs on appropriate patient use.
- Understand assigned physicians, territory/market dynamics, stakeholder mapping, decision-maker relationship management, patient protocols, referral navigation, access, and drivers/barriers.
- Implement and maintain strategic territory business plans to identify opportunities and patient-focused solutions while supporting PTAM-led hospital engagement.
- Drive sales performance; ensure forecasts and assigned budgets meet/exceed territory expectations.
- Collaborate compliantly with field and HQ teams to create aligned business plans and share best practices.

Required Experience & Knowledge/Skills:
- 5+ years biotech sales experience; product launch experience highly desired.
- Acute pain product launch experience and ability to engage diverse physicians highly desired.
- Experience engaging retail pharmacies to support stocking and managed care pull-through.
- Experience pulling through inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets.
- Ability to understand patient-treatment nuances in the geography (care coordination, referral patterns, influence networks).
- Strong IT capability including Veeva CRM.
- Experience in a highly matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.

Other Requirements:
- Complete required training/credentials (e.g., screenings, drug testing, vaccinations).
- Live and work within the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel up to 80% (10–30% overnight) and work after hours as needed.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Pay range: $140,000–$160,000 (also indicates incentive bonus and annual equity awards; and additional total rewards including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, education assistance, commuting subsidy, charitable matching, 401(k).)
