Key Responsibilities
- Establish meaningful, professional relationships across multiple layers of the hospital system (medical/administrative staff, pharmacies, formulary decision makers, KTLs)
- Develop and maintain expertise on product clinical attributes and patient unmet need; educate HCPs on appropriate patient use
- Navigate the formulary process and deliver product value content for timely inclusion on formularies, pathways, and/or protocols
- Understand institutional/market dynamics, stakeholder mapping, decision-maker relationship management, patient protocols, referral networks, access, and account drivers/barriers
- Implement and maintain strategic account plans to identify opportunities and deliver patient-focused solutions for growth
- Drive sales performance; meet/exceed forecasts and assigned budgets for the territory
- Collaborate compliantly with other field team members and HQ teams to create aligned business plans and initiatives
- Role model ethics and integrity to support compliance culture and build external stakeholder trust

Required Experience/Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in biotech sales; hospital/institution product launch experience highly desired
- 3+ years of Account Management experience and ability to leverage institutional relationships
- Proven ability to navigate hospital systems and engage formulary management/product review to gain access and influence decision makers and affiliated community prescribers
- Experience implementing inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets
- Strong IT/CRM capability (including Veeva CRM)
- Product launch experience preferred

Other Requirements
- Must reside within Northwest Arkansas
- Complete required customer credentialing/training (e.g., background screens, drug testing, vaccinations)
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Travel up to 80% (10–30% overnight) and work after hours as needed

Benefits/Pay/Instructions
- Pay range: $133,600–$200,400 (eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards)
