Packaging Technician — operates production lines in strict compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements (GMP/OSHA).

Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks per operating procedures, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Take ownership of production schedule and product quality; lead by example.
- Assist other production units to meet site goals; perform miscellaneous site-support tasks.
- Use a growth mindset, share best practices, and utilize downtime effectively.
- Complete required training on time.
- Perform operating/packaging duties; operate selected process equipment.
- Conduct line clearances/cleaning; perform process checks (e.g., package checks, hourly audits).
- Maintain GMP compliance (including GMP record entries as required); complete LOTO/line/maintenance logs.
- Support batch record documentation accuracy; provide feedback on GMP documentation issues.
- Train/mentor new colleagues and TCWs; other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with 6 months manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in math/reading for SOPs, cGMP, and batch records; ability to apply basic algebra/geometry.
- Excellent communication; strong team interaction and leadership.

Preferred requirements:
- GMP and food sanitation knowledge; pharmaceutical/regulated industry experience.
- Packaging equipment skills; problem-solving; attention to detail/quality; organizational skills; continuous improvement.

Benefits & pay (as stated): $17.04–$28.40/hour; eligibility for overtime/weekend/holiday/premiums; 401(k) with match, paid vacation/holidays/personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical/prescription/dental/vision.
