UD Pack, A2 Shift 7pm–7:30am Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other Saturday (15% Dif)
Responsibilities:
- Effectively set up and maintain above-target OEE performance across two value streams (or equivalent, e.g., execution across 5–6 production lines).
- Troubleshoot issues at a higher level to reduce downtime and increase efficiencies.
- Drive 5S of parts and tooling across assigned value streams.
- Maintain change parts and tooling in base condition.
- Initiate work orders in the CMMS (Maximo) for repairs/improvements to be planned and scheduled.
- Follow up on work orders to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Communicate improvement opportunities through cross-functional groups and the setup team.
- Troubleshoot vision system faults and implement resolutions.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent; technical certificate or degree preferred.
- Electro/mechanical experience required.
- Previous technical experience with packaging equipment preferred.
- Must be a Packing Line Technician for at least 1 year or have equivalent experience.
- Higher level of knowledge on vision system faults and resolutions.
- Understands work assignments/projects and works with limited supervision.
