Position Summary
- Packaging team is responsible for primary packaging, secondary packaging, and devices (including labeling and artwork).
- Supports developmental and commercialized products.
- Accountable for tech transfers and commercial support for the BMS product portfolio.
- Conducts internal and external packaging operations.
Schedule/Program Dates
- Full-time co-op: Fall – December 2026.
Qualifications/Experience
- Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university with at least two years or 48 academic credits.
- Seeking an undergraduate degree in Packaging, Mechanical, or related engineering and continuing education for the following semester (e.g., Summer 2026).
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher (include overall GPA on resume).
- Must have basic knowledge of packaging components/materials, equipment, and processes (preferred).
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Data compilation, technical writing, and presentation skills.
- Computer skills (preferred): Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab or similar statistical software.
- Must be eligible to work full-time, 40 hours/week, January – June 2026.
- Work authorization required: legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of employment; visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation
- Starting hourly compensation range: $23.00–$42.00/hr (final pay determined by employer of record; benefits determined by employer of record).
