Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive sustained demand and accelerate growth for Arcutis products by expanding awareness, adoption, and utilization through in-person and minimum virtual engagements with targeted dermatology customers within assigned geography.
- Develop and execute a strategic, growth-oriented geography business plan to expand account penetration, optimize coverage, and maximize impact across all assigned territories to achieve or exceed geography and national sales objectives.
- Partner with 2โ3 Therapeutic Sales Specialists and cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies, address evolving customer needs, identify market opportunities, and execute coordinated plans.
- Build, maintain, and leverage expertise in product, disease state, and market access to drive appropriate use, expand customer confidence, and support peer development.
- Plan and execute territory- and national-level promotional programs/initiatives that support portfolio growth and expand product adoption.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences via comprehensive account management (marketing support, product access, reimbursement navigation, and accurate on-label responses).
- Represent the company professionally, compliantly, and ethically (upholding Operating Principles).
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and safety/health protocols.

Education and Experience (Required/Preferred)
- Bachelorโs degree from an accredited four-year college/university or equivalent experience (required).
- 5+ years biotech/pharmaceutical sales (required); 3+ years dermatology experience with established relationships (strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success supporting product launches and driving sustained growth of brands/indications (strongly preferred).
- Experience collaborating with internal, cross-functional stakeholders.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic; passion for patients and educating prescribers on innovative solutions.
- Proven ability selling complex products in a highly competitive environment.
- Startup experience (desired).
- Valid Driverโs License and safe driving record.
- Ability to travel daily within assigned geography.
- Overnight travel 25โ50% based on territory needs.
- Internal candidates: top 50% of sales ranking and/or demonstrated ability to grow business/influence others; in good standing.
Compensation/Bonus
