Responsibilities:
- Support start-up activities during the project phase to bring the area into service.
- Become the expert in the assigned area and educate the team on proper operation of the facility.
- Lead training of new staff.
- After the project phase, ensure continuous supply of medicines by running the process, troubleshooting, and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet capacity plans while developing personal and team capabilities.
- Provide manufacturing floor leadership with a safety-first/quality-always mindset; maintain a safe work environment and support HSE goals.
- Act as administrator and technical leader for operations; model knowledge of procedures, quality system compliance, and proper techniques.
- Serve as a technical leader and primary point of contact for shop-floor issue escalation.
- Administer technical training and ensure operators are trained to perform tasks.
- Operate equipment and perform activities required to meet the production schedule.
- Assist in checking execution documentation (Electronic Batch Record, SAP, Cleaning Logs).
- Drive departmental objectives (improving safety performance, reducing deviations, improving productivity, and training compliance).
- Support site leadership by delivering area operational procedures, quality processes, and controls; act as liaison between operations and support functions.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Effective communication (electronic, written, verbal).
- Flexibility to troubleshoot and triage challenges.
- Computer proficiency (desktop software, MS Office).
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- (Senior/Lead) Leadership and ability to train/educate team members.
- Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs).
- Previous experience in operations/pharmaceutical industry.
- Previous experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and electronic batch release.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Additional Information:
- Ability to wear safety equipment (glasses, shoes, gloves, etc.).
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (2-2-3 schedule).

- Anticipated wage: $17.30–$34.38.
