Position Summary
The Operational Solutions Manager is responsible for navigating and managing account priorities for proactive business solutions and achieving the right to do business with hospital and laboratory accounts within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the complete vendor relationship and determine requirements and best practices for doing business in the assigned area.
- Identify laboratory decision makers and facilitate engagement.
- Communicate effectively via phone, virtual meeting, and email in a compliant manner.
- Collaborate with Senior Strategic Solutions Managers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Ensure high-quality, customer-focused service delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in hospital administration and laboratory operations.
- Maintain attention to detail and organizational skills, including Salesforce tracking.
- Meet and exceed assigned deliverables, goals, and initiatives.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leadership regarding progress and challenges.
- Maintain knowledge of Caris offerings, competitive landscape, and industry issues.
- Maintain company assets including laptop and iPhone.
- Submit paperwork, business plans, reports, and expenses accurately and on time.
- Perform ancillary projects or other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain HIPAA and compliance guidelines at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in business, management, life sciences, or related field, OR at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience implementing business-solution initiatives and solving complex problems.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing timelines, projects, documentation, progress tracking, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, matrixed environment.
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), reporting tools (e.g., Tableau), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Oncology.
- Familiarity with hospital systems and pathology networks.
- Established relationships in hospital, laboratory, and pathology space.
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods and lift routine office supplies.
Required Training
- Job specific, safety, and compliance training assigned based on job functions.
Compensation
- Annual hiring range: $90,000 - $100,000 (actual offer may vary by location, experience, education, and/or skill level).
