Key Objectives/Deliverables

Lean Deployment to Enable Operational Excellence
- Empower individuals and teams to use lean behaviors and mindsets to strive for execution excellence
- Lead events to train Lean Practitioners and support Lean deployment (daily management, standard work, 5S, A3 thinking, value stream management)
- Educate team members and practitioners on CI OpEx approaches; partner with leadership to engage all employees in the CI OpEx journey
- Serve as ongoing CI OpEx coach for areas already deployed to sustain Lean discipline
- Assess already-deployed areas to promote ongoing continuous improvement
- Contribute to Lean program design, developing common elements across process areas
- Capture Lean program benefits and celebrate successes

Breakthrough (Event-Based) Improvement Projects
- Partner with site leadership to identify and prioritize major productivity improvement opportunities
- Serve as CCI Coach with Business Area Leads to facilitate selected project methodology (e.g., Kaizen Event)
- Support Organizational Change Management and Monitoring Plans to sustain improvements
- Engage with sponsors for status; escalate appropriately when issues arise
- Integrate lean principles and tools into project execution and solution design

Other
- Maintain CI OpEx Coach certification

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills for a team-based environment
- Strong self-management and organizational skills
- Ability to coach individuals at all levels and lead project teams
- Ability to influence without authority

Additional Preferences
- 2+ yearsโ€™ direct leadership experience
- Relevant experience in a GMP facility; knowledge of cGMPs
- SAP experience
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing or service environment (e.g., pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical devices)
- Familiarity with change control processes
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other productivity improvement methods
- Experience with project management and change management
- Experience in manufacturing functional roles (operations, process engineering, quality, tech service)

Other Requirements
- Day shift with possible after-hours support
- On-site presence in Kenosha County, WI
- Project delivery may coincide with company holidays
- Occasional travel may be required
