Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing and brand strategy for targeting key customers; deploy resources.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales and product positioning goals in target accounts.
- Provide on-label clinical data to support appropriate product use.
- Build business relationships with high-level decision makers and influential groups.
- Use account-specific targeted marketing materials; create account-specific business plans to gain stakeholder access.
- Provide real-time analysis of market conditions to Home Office.
- Execute in-field activities to drive call volume, reach targets, and increase sales performance.
- Apply functional expertise to achieve individual/team/organizational sales goals.
- Maintain product knowledge, disease-state/coverage understanding, and awareness of competitive/industry landscape.
- Analyze data and prepare materials for business reviews; serve as a technical/functional resource.
- Complete timely, accurate reporting (territory action plan, expenses, itinerary, sample inventory, speaker requests, budget tracking) and report adverse events.
- Maintain understanding of oral molecule distribution/delivery and specialty pharmacy-provider/in-office dispensing interface.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree and 5+ years successful pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong presentation/communication; scientific comprehension; compliant communication with medical professionals.
- Strong computer/technical skills to process/analyze territory data.
- Valid driverโ€™s license in good standing.

Preferred:
- Oncology/rare disease/specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Established rapport in the geographic area.
- Large account management experience (oncology community practices, academic, NCI/NCCN centers).

Travel: 10โ€“20%.

Training: Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral). Training may include non-exempt status and overtime eligibility during training period.
