How you will contribute
- Implement marketing/brand strategy for targeting and deployment of resources to key customers.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales and product positioning goals in target accounts.
- Provide on-label clinical data to support appropriate product use.
- Initiate/develop business relationships with high-level decision makers and influencers.
- Use account-specific targeted marketing materials to educate and address stakeholder needs.
- Create account-specific business plans and strategies to gain access to key stakeholders.
- Provide real-time market analysis/input to Home Office for targeted strategies/materials.
- Apply technical expertise to achieve individual, team, and organizational sales goals.
- Maintain product/disease state knowledge and awareness of industry/competitive landscape.
- Analyze data and prepare subject matter for business reviews.
- Serve as technical/functional SME; continue developing higher-level skills.
- Complete timely, accurate reporting (e.g., monthly territory action plan, expense reports, itinerary, sample inventory, speaker requests, budget tracking).
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Utilize company resources per guidelines; report adverse events timely/comply.
- Understand oral molecule distribution/delivery, specialty pharmacy-provider interface, and in-office dispensing model.
Minimum requirements/qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree and 5+ years oncology or related specialty pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong presentation/communication skills.
- Compliant scientific knowledge communication with medical professionals.
- Strong computer/technical skills to analyze territory data.
- Valid driverโs license.
Preferred
- Previous oncology launch and/or oncology selling and large account management experience; established local rapport; experience with oncology community practices/academic and NCI/NCCN centers.
Travel: 20โ30% (Central/North Jersey).
Training: Contingent on passing mandatory product training (written/oral). Training up to 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week; then transition to exempt status and eligibility for sales incentives/contests.
