Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing/brand strategy and deploy resources to key customers.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales and product positioning goals in target accounts.
- Provide on-label clinical data to support appropriate product use.
- Build relationships with high-level decision makers and influential groups.
- Use account-specific targeted marketing materials to educate key stakeholders.
- Create account-specific business plans to gain access to stakeholders.
- Provide real-time analysis of market conditions to Home Office for targeted marketing strategies/materials.
- Apply functional/technical expertise to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain product/disease-state/competitive landscape/organizational knowledge.
- Analyze data and prepare materials for business reviews.
- Serve as a technical/functional subject matter resource.
- Complete accurate, timely reporting (territory action plan, expenses, itinerary, sample inventory, speaker requests, budget tracking).
- Maintain internal and cross-functional relationships across Takeda Oncology.
- Utilize company resources per guidelines.
- Report adverse events related to products in a timely, compliant manner.
- Maintain knowledge of oral molecule distribution/delivery and in-office dispensing model.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years oncology or related specialty pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong presentation/communication; compliant communication with medical professionals.
- Strong computer/technical skills to analyze territory data.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
- Previous oncology launch; prior oncology selling; existing rapport in territory.
- Large oncology account management experience.

Travel: 20–30% (Central/North Jersey).

Training requirement:
- Successful completion of mandatory product training exams (written/oral). During training: non-exempt, eligible for overtime; training up to 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week. After passing: transitioned to exempt and eligible for sales incentives/contests.
