Responsibilities
- Implement marketing/brand strategy; deploy resources to key customers.
- Create strategies to achieve sales and product positioning goals in target accounts.
- Provide on-label clinical data to support appropriate product use.
- Initiate/develop business relationships with high-level decision makers.
- Use account-specific targeted marketing materials; create account-specific business plans to gain access to key stakeholders.
- Provide real-time market analysis/input to Home Office for development of targeted strategies/materials.
- Apply functional expertise to achieve individual, team, and organizational sales goals.
- Maintain expertise in product knowledge, disease states, competitive landscape, and org structure.
- Analyze data and prepare materials for business reviews.
- Serve as technical/functional subject matter resource; continue building advanced skills.
- Complete timely, accurate reporting (e.g., monthly territory action plan, expenses, itinerary, inventory, speaker requests, budget tracking).
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders/cross-functional partners; use company resources per guidelines.
- Report adverse events related to products in a timely, compliant manner.
- Maintain understanding of oral molecule distribution/delivery and specialty pharmacy/provider interface.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree and 5+ years oncology or related specialty pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong presentation and communication; compliant communication with medical professionals.
- Strong computer/technical skills to analyze territory data.
- Valid driverβs license in good standing.
Preferred
- Oncology launch experience; prior oncology selling; established relationships in geographic area.
- Large account management in oncology (community practices, academic/NCI/NCCN centers).
Travel: 20β30% (Central/North Jersey).
Training Requirements
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral). During training: non-exempt, eligible for overtime; up to 8 hours/day and 40 total hours/week.
- After passing exams: transitioned to exempt status; eligible for sales incentive programs/contests.
Compensation/Benefits (explicitly stated)
