How you will contribute
- Implement overall marketing and brand strategy to target and deploy resources to key customers
- Formulate strategies to achieve sales and product positioning goals in target accounts
- Provide on-label clinical data to influence appropriate use of assigned product
- Initiate and develop business relationships with high-level decision makers and influential groups
- Utilize account-specific targeted marketing materials to educate and address stakeholder needs
- Create account-specific business plans to gain access to key stakeholders
- Provide real-time market analysis/input to Home Office for targeted marketing strategies and materials
- Apply functional/technical expertise to implement plans and achieve sales goals
- Maintain high competence in product knowledge, disease states covered, industry/competitive landscape, and organizational structure
- Analyze data and prepare subject matter for business reviews
- Act as a technical/functional subject matter resource; continue developing advanced skills
- Complete accurate timely reporting (territory action plan, expense reports, itinerary, sample inventory, professional speakers, budget tracking tool)
- Build relationships with internal and cross-functional partners
- Utilize company resources in line with guidelines
- Report adverse events related to products in a timely compliant manner

Minimum requirements/qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree and 5+ years of oncology or related specialty pharmaceutical experience
- Strong presentation/communication; compliant communication with medical professionals
- Strong computer/technical skills to process/analyze territory data
- Valid driverโ€™s license in good standing

Preferred
- Previous oncology launch/selling experience; established rapport in desired geography
- Large account management experience (community practices, academic, NCI/NCCN centers)

Travel: 30โ€“50% (Chicago South)
Training: Contingent on passing mandatory product training (written/oral). Training period: up to 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week; overtime eligibility only during training (no sales incentives/bonuses during training). After exams: transitioned to exempt status; biweekly pay; eligible for sales incentives/contests.
