How you will contribute:
- Implement marketing and brand strategy for targeting and deployment of resources to key customers.
- Formulate strategies to achieve sales and product positioning goals within target accounts.
- Provide on-label clinical data to support appropriate use.
- Develop business relationships with high-level decision makers.
- Use account-specific targeted marketing materials to educate stakeholders.
- Create account-specific business plans and strategies to gain access to key stakeholders.
- Provide real-time market analysis/input for targeted strategies and materials.
- Apply technical expertise to achieve individual, team, and organizational sales goals.
- Maintain strong product, disease-state, and competitive/organizational knowledge.
- Analyze data and prepare subject matter for business reviews.
- Serve as a technical/functional subject matter resource; continue skill development.
- Complete accurate, timely reporting (territory action plan, expense reports, itinerary, inventory, speaker requests, budget tracking).
- Maintain relationships across internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Utilize company resources per guidelines; report adverse events compliantly.
- Understand oral molecule distribution/delivery and specialty pharmacy/provider interface.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree + 5+ years oncology or related specialty pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong presentation/communication; compliant communication with medical professionals.
- Strong computer/technical skills to analyze territory data.
- Valid driverβs license in good standing.
Preferred:
- Prior oncology launch and selling experience; established local rapport.
- Large account management experience (community practices, academic/NCI/NCCN centers).
Travel: 30β50% (Territory: Chicago North).
Training: Mandatory product training with written/oral exams; on training-only non-exempt status (overtime eligibility only during training), then transition to exempt status.
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable): U.S. hourly wage range $78.27β$107.62; may be eligible for incentives and benefits (e.g., medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life, tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, well-being benefits, up to 80 hours sick time, up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires).
