Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market, competitive, and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data/market trends to find local insights, support pull-through, and engage customers (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- 5 yearsβ experience (or per level) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales; welcome candidates from other complex sales (e.g., medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B), especially with field leadership and customer engagement.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic ability; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states/account strategy and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Driving is an essential function.

- Performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards depending on level; comprehensive US benefits and time off.
- Salary range expected by level: Associate $81,200β$150,800; Territory $114,100β$211,900; Senior $132,300β$245,700.
For field roles with dedicated training period: complete initial training, including home study (β€8 hours/day, β€40 hours/week).
