Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan using shared priorities and insights/tactics to drive product demand and support patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use knowledge of the market, competitive landscape, and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to generate local insights and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges and collaborate across functions.
- Deliver real-time access support and work with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly structured complex sales (large, geographically dispersed teams) within last 5 years; other complex sales backgrounds considered. Associate level: limited prior sales experience welcome.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside in territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
