Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to provide access support.
- Use knowledge of the market, competitors, and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to generate local insights, support pull-through efforts, and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex problems across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Essential requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales with geographically dispersed teams within the last 5 years; Associate level also considers limited sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts.
- Self-starter with analytic problem-solving and ethical/compliance mindset.
- Reside in territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license (driving is essential).

Desirable requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP medical calling.

Compensation/benefits (summary):
- Salary ranges by level (Associate $81.2k–$150.8k; TAS $114.1k–$211.9k; Senior $132.3k–$245.7k), plus performance incentive and possible equity; US benefits include health/life/disability, 401(k), and time off.

Training:
- Field roles require completion of initial training (home study; ≀8 hours/day, ≀40 hours/week).
