Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex issues and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex industries) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within last 5 years.
- Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytics to prioritize and apply information ethically and in compliance.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications (Desirable):
- Experience across therapeutic areas, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services/market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP medical calling.

Leveling:
- Associate: 4+ years leadership in US Military (or limited prior sales experience).
- Territory: 2+ years’ relevant specialty sales within last 5 years.
- Senior: 5+ years’ relevant specialty sales within last 5 years.

Compensation/Benefits (stated):
- Salary range: Associate $81,200–$150,800; Territory $114,100–$211,900; Senior $132,300–$245,700.
- Performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity (by level).
- US benefits package: health/life/disability, 401(k) match, plus time off (vacation/personal/holidays/leaves).

Other:
- Driving is essential; must have unrestricted driver’s license.
- Field roles with dedicated training: complete initial training (home study; ≤8 hrs/day and ≤40 hrs/week).
