Territory Account Specialist (TAS) β Field-based/remote supporting key accounts in an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and support patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends to generate pull-through and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual/in-person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 5 years (or leveling per role) experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with geographically dispersed sales teams; limited sales experience may qualify for Associate level.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical, compliant conduct.
- Reside within territory or within a reasonable daily commute (within 50 miles of territory border); travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Compensation/Benefits (US-based eligible):
- Salary range: Associate $81,200β$150,800; TAS $114,100β$211,900; Senior $132,300β$245,700.
- Performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity awards (level-dependent).

Leveling Guidelines:
- Associate: 4+ years military leadership (recently separated) or limited prior sales experience; strong cross-functional collaboration and product communication.
- TAS: 2+ years in specialty pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar complex role) in last 5 years; strong cross-functional collaboration and clinical product communication.
- Senior: 5+ years in similar complex sales role in last 5 years; strong cross-functional collaboration and clinical product communication.
