Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and support better patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similar complex sales environments) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years; Associate applicants may have limited prior sales experience.
- Proven ability to perform and sell to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic skills and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license; able to drive and/or fly.
Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary range: $81,200–$150,800 (Associate); $114,100–$211,900 (TAS); $132,300–$245,700 (Senior).
- Performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity awards; comprehensive benefits and time off.
