Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Apply knowledge of the market, competitive landscape, and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to generate local insights and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Deliver real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach and engage customers virtually and face-to-face.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Experience (within last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales environments with geographically dispersed teams; military leadership or limited prior sales experience encouraged for Associate Level.
- Proven consistent high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytic/problem-solving skills and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP medical calling.
Compensation & Benefits (role summary provided):
- Expected salary ranges: Associate $81,200β$150,800; Territory $114,100β$211,900; Senior $132,300β$245,700. Performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity awards; comprehensive health/life/disability and 401(k) (US eligible) plus time off.
