This role is field-based. Candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city (covering Tampa, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral, Naples, Springhill and surrounding areas).

Responsibilities:
- Build and implement territory business plans aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
- Build a comprehensive strategic business plan with specific, measurable objectives and action-oriented strategies (aligned with regional and national goals), including responsible resource allocation.
- Meet/exceed assigned sales goals.
- Present approved disease state and product information using persuasive/consultative selling (per AbbVie Promotional Policy).
- Leverage sales analytics and customer intelligence to create high-impact strategic plans.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies in the territory using cross-functional partners and approved resources.
- Continuously build knowledge of the evolving marketplace, territory changes, and disease state/product expertise.
- Collaborate effectively with territory partners and external counterparts.
- Develop and execute a call plan to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency to key customers.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies governing AbbVie activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s Degree preferred.
- 6+ years of Oncology; Solid tumors sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations.
- Exceptional communication ability; consultative selling style that helps customers find solutions.
- Competitive selling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Pass background check and any additional background screening required by institutions/health facility accounts (may include background checks, immunization, TB, HIV, hepatitis, and drug screening).
- Business travel by air or car regularly required.
- Ability to drive a personal auto or company vehicle/equipment as required.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
