Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performance against sales targets in assigned territory.
- Develop territory account and business plans to implement sales strategies and tactics for gedatolisib to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and mitigate barriers to access in partnership with Market Access and Marketing.
- Work compliantly with the Medical Science Liaison to educate the local breast cancer community about gedatolisib and address clinical/medical inquiries.
- Present gedatolisib professionally, ethically, and compliantly; help customers understand benefits and appropriate product use.
- Use approved resources to build awareness of gedatolisib and confidence in drug administration.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
- Represent the company at regional/local medical conferences to maximize access to health care professionals.
- Manage resource utilization and maintain operating costs within budget.
- Perform ad-hoc projects to support the business as requested.
- Collaborate across internal functions and external partners to serve customer needs and meet business objectives.
- Use strong verbal and written communication skills for fair-balanced clinical dialogue with customers.
- Operationalize sales processes and infrastructure (customer targeting, territory management, territory strategy) with Commercial Operations.
- Complete required clinical, disease state, and skill development training on-time.
- Collaborate with Commercial Leadership/Market Analytics/Sales Operations to implement CRM, targeting databases, leads, and reporting.
- Partner with Legal/Compliance and leadership to ensure sales activities comply with Celcuity and industry regulations.
- Maintain focus on patient needs and ensure access to potentially life-changing therapies.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of sales or similar customer-facing experience (e.g., key account management, market access, thought leader engagement).
- 3+ years of results-oriented sales performance in oncology biotech or pharmaceuticals.
- Demonstrated consistent track record of success as a top sales performer.
- Results-oriented; able to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience selling scientifically innovative products requiring multiple stakeholder buy-in.
- Experience selling in a competitive market.
- Strong technical understanding of โ€œBuy and Billโ€ with medical benefit experience in oncology.

Preferred:
- Recent (within 10 years) experience in breast cancer.
- Established relationships/access to breast cancer treaters and experts in territory.
- Oncology branded drug launch experience.
- Experience in both small/emerging biopharma and mature/full-scale biopharma.
- Experience in solid tumors vs. hematology only.
